    Want the best seats before they go on sale? For most DPAC events, groups will have the opportunity to be seated prior to the general on-sale. So, book early!

  2. Discount Tickets
    It pays to be part of a group at DPAC. Group minimums vary by show, ranging from 10-20 or more. Bring your friends, family, co-workers and clients for great discounts and lower fees.

  3. Convenient Ordering
    Do you prefer to place your order online? Over email? Or do you prefer to talk to an actual person? (919-281-0587) No matter which way you choose, Group Services fits your style, and makes it easy.

  4. Flexible Payment
    If you are unsure of your numbers and seating preferences, no problem. Place your order today, and Group Services will Group Services will hold your seats for up to 2 weeks while awaiting deposit. (Policy may vary by show.) Now, that’s customer service!

    As Group Services Manager, I am personally dedicated to helping you organize your outing so your group’s experience is unique and fits your needs. After all, the experience is yours.

    Spice up your outings! Enjoy beautiful lobby spaces for pre-show events. Whether it’s a full sit-down dinner or a casual reception, we’ll create your desired experience.

    Marketing group events just got easier for you. DPAC will design customized fliers for your special group. Official show brochures or posters may also be available for certain shows.

    When your group attends a performance, you will be recognized on a sign in our Grand Lobby. During your pre-show event, have a sign displayed just for you!

Group FAQs

Where do I start?

Contact Group Services by phone, email or online request form. Let us know what events you are interested in attending, and a Group Services representative will personally fill you in on our great offers.

I don’t quite have a group of 10-20 or more. What can I do?

Group Services helps you recruit with flyers of pricing and seating information on the show of your choice. Easily share show details with group members by email, or have DPAC mail you a copy. Additional promo items may also be available.

What is the payment process?

Convenience is key. Once you decide on an event, seating area and estimated number, Group Services will find the best available seats. DPAC will hold seats under your name for up to two weeks while awaiting deposit. (Policy may vary by show.) You have time to determine your exact number and collect payment.

What methods of payment are accepted?

You may pay your total by major credit card, check, cashier’s check or money order.

Where do we park our bus?

Let DPAC know you will be bringing your group by bus, and receive free bus parking along with convenient drop-off and pick-up areas.

What other ways can we make our group outing unique?

Ask about the opportunity for pre-show and post-show activities. Our Grand Lobby accommodates private pre-show parties. Group Services can also request post-show events for your group, like meet-and-greets or talk-backs.
