DPAC, the Durham Performing Arts Center offers five convenient ways to connect with the individual tickets you want to the best Broadway, concerts, comedy and family shows in the Triangle. Our computerized ticket system enables you equal access to great DPAC seats throughout all the purchase methods listed below..

DPAC Ticket Center - Order-by-Phone: Call 919.680.2787

• You’ll receive the best service by calling us and speaking with a specially trained account representative right at DPAC. If you have questions we’re here to help.
• Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm, and on Saturday, 10am to 2pm.Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover Cards Accepted.
• Closed Sundays (except Broadway performance days where the Ticket Center opens at 10AM, and concert days where the Ticket Center opens at noon).

DPAC Ticket Center

123 Vivian Street, Durham, NC 27701 (at Vivian and Mangum Streets)

• You can save big by visiting our Ticket Center since there is never a service charge for tickets purchased right at DPAC.
• Open Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm, and on Saturday, 10am to 2pm.
• For ADF weekend performance days, the Box Office will be open from 10am to 2pm, and reopen from 5pm through the intermission.
• Closed Sundays (except performance days where the Ticket Center opens 2 Hours before show time).
• Closed Sundays (except Broadway performance days where the Ticket Center opens at 10AM, and concert days where the Ticket Center opens at noon).
   

Ticketmaster

• Ticketmaster is the only authorized third party ticketing service of DPAC and offers several easy ways to buy.

Group Services

• Groups can save up to 20% and group sizes start at just 10 or 15 for most DPAC shows.

Gift Certificates

• Gift Certificates are available to purchase, at the DPAC Ticket Center or by calling
  919-680-2787.
• Available in $25 increments and are redeemable at the Ticket Center for any DPAC ticketed event based on availability at time of redemption. 

Age Requirement

• For all DPAC performances all ages require a ticket.
• As a courtesy to our patrons, it is the policy of the theatre not to admit children under the age of 5 to our Broadway Series shows. This policy may be altered from time to time based on Shows and Show content. You will be made aware of particular age restrictions during your purchase. Some shows make further age appropriate recommendations and DPAC will provide those on its website; however, judgment of the content for each show should be made on an individual basis prior to purchase. When available, DPAC provides links to show websites for further information.

Consumer Warning: Tickets obtained from sources other than DPAC or Ticketmaster (our only authorized ticketing service) may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit and will not be honored. Know who you are buying from when you buy from a Ticket Broker.
