Weather Policy
All performances at DPAC will proceed as scheduled unless otherwise noted. In the case of extreme weather conditions DPAC does not contractually have the ability to cancel or postpone a performance, this decision has to be made by the management of the show that DPAC is hosting. The safety and welfare of our patrons is our utmost concern, which we will communicate to the show to help them make their decision. Once a decision has been reached we will advise you at that time as to whether the performance schedule is changing and what options are available to you. It may be difficult to reach us by phone in this situation; we ask that you instead visit our website at www.DPACnc.com where we will immediately post notice of any changes in the show schedule or email us at GuestServices@dpacnc.com.
For some multiple performance Broadway shows, ticket holders concerned about driving conditions may be allowed to exchange to an alternate performance of the same show either earlier or later in the week if available, but remember that as time goes on seating choices become more limited. Certain restrictions may apply and affected ticket buyers should email us at CustomerService@dpacnc.com to make this exchange or if purchased online please contact Ticketmaster 1-800-653-8000.
Please note: If the scheduled performances occur, touring shows do not offer refunds regardless of any local weather or road conditions that may impede, delay or prevent your attendance.
