Country For Kids Presented By 94.7 QDR

September 23, 2015 (Durham, NC) – 94.7 QDR and Curtis Media Group announced today their annual “Country for Kids” concert will be held at DPAC on Saturday, November 21, 2015. Now in its sixth year, Country for Kids will feature four concerts in one with live performances from some of country’s best, including local favorite Jason Michael Carroll, rising star Mickey Guyton, CMA-nominated “Vocal Duo of the Year” and “New Artist of the Year” Maddie & Tae, and one of country music’s all-time favorite duos Big & Rich.
All proceeds from the concert will benefit UNC Children’s, which protects the health and well-being of all North Carolina children through world-class clinical care, advocacy, research and education at N.C. Children’s Hospital and more than two dozen satellite outpatient clinics located throughout the state. During 2014, Curtis Media Group's annual fundraising partnership with N.C. Children's Hospital raised a combined total of over $1 million for the hospital.
