At Bull City Burger and Brewery we make pretty much everything from scratch. We make the mayo, the mustard, the pickles, and the relish, bake the buns, make the hot dogs, make the veggie burgers, grind 100% local NC pasture-raised beef (no added hormone, no antibiotics) daily and of course, we make all our own beer. We are also Durham's oldest brewpub located just 2 blocks north of DPAC at the corner of Mangum and Parrish streets. We are family friendly and even have a kids play area.  We’ll have plenty of napkins on hand pre-show and post so come by to "Eat Pasture-Raised Beef and Drink Freshly Brewed Beer." First come, first serve seating.

Please note this restaurant has the following offer available to our Truist Broadway Season Seat Members: Free Pickle Chips with the purchase of any combination of two burgers, hot dogs or veggie burgers. Our Legendary pickle chips appetizer is guaranteed to be the best on Parrish Street; also the only on Parrish Street.  Offer valid only on DPAC show nights.

Burger Bach is a New Zealand inspired gastro pub bringing you the very best of New Zealand’s livestock and agriculture.

As a Gastro Pub [Gastronomical Public House], Burger Bach stands out from an ordinary pub, bar or ‘burger joint’. The gastronomical side emphasizes on better preparation and high quality ingredients. With its origins in Europe, a public house is a gathering place for people to have a drink and socialize. A Bach is a New Zealand term for a ‘holiday home’ where family and friends choose to vacation. Baches are an extensive part of New Zealand’s culture and were thought to be originally short for bachelor pad, but actually are often tended to be a family holiday home. What makes it even more interesting is that it is pronounced “batch.”

At Burger Bach, the New Zealand influence is all, around but it is our supplier partnership relationships that provide a unique point of differentiation for our brand. Silver Fern Farms in New Zealand is the exclusive supplier of our all pasture raised, hormone free, 100% grass fed, Black Angus Beer and Alpine Merino Silere Lamb. The commitment to using only the best quality, all natural ingredients continues throughout our menu with organic, hormone free, free range chicken, sautéed wild caught shrimp, roasted and raw oysters and steamed mussels. We have created sixteen Bachmade dipping sauces to accommodate our fresh cut fries and have an array of small plates, sides and fresh salads. We offer 30 craft beers on tap and serve Southern Hemisphere wines and seasonal craft cocktails to compliment our menu.

Presented in a modern, casual, and high energy environment, Burger Bach is perfect for celebrating, entertaining or simply gathering together family and friends. Take a getaway to our New Zealand inspired bach to enjoy a memorable experience with us.

Life’s a Bach!

Please note this restaurant has the following offer available to DPAC guests: 10% off meal if you dine at Burger Bach on night of a DPAC show that you are attending.  Valid ticket must be presented to receive this offer.

When Chef Charlie Deal opened Dos Perros 10 years ago, he was one of the first to see what downtown Durham could (and has) become: a food mecca, with some of the best and most creative menus in the Southeast. Dos Perros has proudly served as Durham's go-to spot for deliciously inspired Mexican food, incredible handmade margaritas, and local craft beers since 2009. With our casual yet refined atmosphere and a location just a few minutes' walk from the DPAC, we're the perfect choice for pre-show dining.

Choose from perennial favorites such as our hot guava margarita, house-made guacamole, braised beef enchiladas or the classic chile relleno — which just happens to be vegetarian and gluten-free. In fact, we've made quite a name for ourselves with our extensive menu of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options — so good you won't even miss what's not there.

Visit us at and while you're there, check out our private room available for your next special event.

“A very small restaurant that delivers very big flavors, a velvet-draped supper club.”
— John T. Edge, Garden & Gun

"The dining room at Littler...feel(s) like you've been invited over to a friend's house for a comfortable, cozy supper…”
— Amanda MacLaren, Durham Magazine, 10/26/16

"If a menu can be said to make a statement about a restaurant's mission, then the seasonally evolving offering at Littler is a full-throated shout. To say that this menu stands out – even in Durham, the region’s acknowledged foodie Mecca – would be an understatement.”
— Greg Cox, News & Observer, November 16, 2016

“…Littler was exactly what I wanted it to be: humble in approach, impactful in flavor…The sort of dish(es) you try at home and never make half as good.”
— Emma Laperruque, Independent Weekly, Sept. 28, 2016
