How do you choose what shows to include in your season seat package?

Members can always choose from our full nine-show package or our flexible seven or eight show package. If choosing the flexible seven or eight show package and thinking about what shows to keep and what show(s) to possibly opt out of, please know that we are here to help.

Listed below are some helpful questions to ask yourself if you are considering opting out of a show. 

  • Do you want an unforgettable theatrical experience filled with sensational special effects, stunning sets, spectacular costumes, and powerhouse performances? If so, the family musical of the year, FROZEN, is among the shows you should plan to see.
  • Members often tell us their favorite shows at DPAC are the Broadway classics. If you agree, then ANNIE, the ultimate feel-good musical, is the perfect show for you.
  • For members who love to laugh, HAIRSPRAY, Broadway’s heart-warming musical comedy, is a great show to include in your package.
  • If you love Tina Turner’s music, then you won’t want to miss the comeback story of the Queen of Rock n’ Roll in TINA: THE TINA TURNER MUSICAL.
  • Are you a fan of the greatest hits of Alanis Morissette?  If so, the Tony and Grammy award-winning musical, JAGGED LITTLE PILL is a show you have to see.
  • How about a hilarious and remarkably touching musical with an irreverent book and an astonishing set?  If that intrigues you, then the surprise hit of the season, BEETLEJUICE is a great show to include in your package.
  • Do you dare to enter a world of splendor and romance, of eye-popping excess, of glitz, grandeur, and glory? If so, the winner of 10 Tony Awards® — including Best Musical, MOULIN ROUGE! THE MUSICAL is a mash-up extravaganza you’ll want to see.
  • For members who love reexamining pivotal moments in American history, the new production of the Tony award®-winning musical, 1776, featuring a cast that reflects multiple representations of race, gender, and ethnicity will be a great show for you.
  • If you love new original musicals that remix five hundred years of historical heartbreak into an exuberant celebration of 21st century girl power, don’t miss the hottest ticket of the season, SIX, which is expected to be a member favorite.
