Stagecraft

DPAC is proud to work with the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees union, IATSE Local Chapter 417.

IATSE stagehands are skilled backstage crew members who set up, operate, and dismantle equipment for live events, theater, concerts, comedy shows and special events at DPAC. Their work involves physical labor and technical tasks such as rigging lights and sound, moving and setting up scenery, and assisting with scene changes.
