Internships

An internship at DPAC provides engaging experiences for college students interested in a career that includes presenting and producing live entertainment events and or managing events at theaters and performing arts centers.

Internships are offered in a variety of departments, including Audience Services, Business Management, Marketing, Sponsorship Sales, and Ticketing.

Students in our program work alongside DPAC staff with hands-on training, valuable learning opportunities with real-world business skills, and the opportunity to participate in special projects that contribute to DPAC’s success and ranking as one of the top-five theaters in America.

To qualify for a DPAC internship, a student’s internship must be tied to the intern’s formal education program by integrated coursework and the receipt of academic credit. Per the Fair Labor Standards Act, students in a DPAC internship are not classified as an employee and these opportunities are unpaid.
