New App Update Now Available

There has been an update to the DPAC App.

Please follow the steps below for the best user experience and to ensure that you have no trouble accessing your tickets during your next visit.

Step One:

• Open the App Store or the Google Play Store and search for the DPAC App.

• Select the DPAC App then choose "Update".
  • If you do not see the "Update" button, then your app has been updated automatically. Please proceed to Step Two.

Step Two:

• Open the DPAC App.
• Select "Sign Into DPAC." We recommend using the "Continue with Ticketmaster" option to sign in with your Ticketmaster account.

Step Three:

• You should now be able to view your tickets.
• If you cannot view your tickets, you will need to log out (top left-hand corner) and log back in using your Ticketmaster account one more time.
