DPAC is pleased to announce that the Golden Snitch Digital Lottery is now open for their upcoming engagement of HARRY POTTER AND THE CURSED CHILD. The six-time Tony® Award winning production plays at DPAC for a limited, two-week engagement, Sunday, December 28 through Sunday, January 11, 2025, as part of Broadway at DPAC.

 

HOW TO ENTER THE GOLDEN SNITCH DIGITAL LOTTERY

• Visit https://www.dpacnc.com/events/detail/harry-potter-and-the-cursed-child-2025 and select the lottery entry page.
• Click the “Enter Now” button for the performance you want to attend.  Registration for all performances begins at 9:00 AM the day prior to the registered performance and will close at 2:00 PM.
• Fill out the entry form including the number of tickets you would like (1 or 2).  Guests will receive a confirmation email once they have validated their email (one time only) and successfully entered the lottery. 
• After the lottery closes the day prior to the registered performance, guests will be notified via email within minutes as to whether they have won or not.
  Winners have 60 minutes from the time the lottery closes to pay online with a credit card.
• After payment has been received, guests can pick up tickets at DPAC no sooner than 1 hour before show time with a valid photo ID.
   

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE GOLDEN SNITCH DIGITAL LOTTERY

• Winners will then have a limited time window to claim and pay for the number of tickets specified in their winner notification email. 
• No purchase or payment is necessary to enter, nor does a purchase increase the chance of winning.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Digital Lottery.
• Only one (1) entry per person.
• $40 tickets are void if resold.
• Seats are assigned at the discretion of the Box Office and cannot be transferred to other people or performances.

 

Tickets for HARRY POTTER AND THE CURSED CHILD are currently sale at the DPAC Box Office (123 William V. “Bill” Bell Way Durham, NC 27701), online at DPACnc.com and by phone at (919) 680-3722. Box Office window and phone hours are Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Saturday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, and three hours prior to curtain time(s) on performance days.
