DPAC’s Buyer Assurance Program
As a season seat member, we want to help you plan for the future with confidence and security.
Here is our pledge:
- If a local or State government have any restrictions in place prohibiting events at venues such as DPAC, and your event is canceled, you'll receive a full refund.
- If your event is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date. If you are unable to attend the new dates, you'll have 30 days to request a full refund or a credit to toward the purchase of tickets to another DPAC event.
- Your health is vital. If you have been ill, including having a temperature at any time in the two weeks prior to the performance, just let us know, and you'll have the options of receiving a credit toward the purchase of tickets to another DPAC event or a full refund.
- If you are in a high-risk group and let us know three-weeks before the event that you are feeling uncomfortable about attending the event, you'll have the option of receiving a credit to toward the purchase of tickets to another DPAC event, a credit to your season ticket payment plan, or a full refund.
