DPAC’s Buyer Assurance Program

As a season seat member, we want to help you plan for the future with confidence and security.

Here is our pledge:

  • If a local or State government have any restrictions in place prohibiting events at venues such as DPAC, and your event is canceled, you'll receive a full refund.

  • If your event is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date. If you are unable to attend the new dates, you'll have 30 days to request a full refund or a credit toward the purchase of tickets to another DPAC event.

  • If you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the ten-days leading up to the event, just let us know, and you'll have the option of receiving a credit toward the purchase of tickets to another DPAC event.

  • Or if you are ill and not feeling your best on the day of your ticketed performance, contact us before noon and you’ll be eligible to receive a credit toward the purchase of tickets to another DPAC event.

  • And, if you have other concerns about attending the event or are still just uncomfortable attending events, please email us at CustomerService@DPACnc.com at least ten-days before your ticketed event, and we’ll happy to discuss additional options.
