Now Accepting Applications for the 2026 / 2027 Season

DPAC is looking for thirty of our area's most professional and enthusiastic high school student theatre lovers to serve as Ambassadors for the 2026/2027 season. Ambassadors will shadow staff across multiple departments at DPAC, attend a wide variety of events, and create content for DPAC's social media and website.

The application deadline is August 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM.

While this program offers a lot of scheduling flexibility, interested students should note that selected Ambassadors will be required to attend a mandatory Training & Orientation event on the evening of September 1, 2026. Ambassadors will also be asked to participate in a special Media & Content Creation Bootcamp on Saturday, September 12 and Sunday, September 13, 2026 (exact times TBA).

DPAC’s Performing Arts Ambassadors offer students unique, memorable, and impactful experiences that serve as a preview and a first step in preparing students for future careers in performing arts management.

As part of the team at DPAC, Ambassadors shadow staff across multiple disciplines at DPAC including Marketing, Ticketing, Production, Audience Services and more.

The experience continues for Ambassadors as they attend a wide variety of DPAC events, including Broadway, Concert, Comedy and Special Events plus have exclusive opportunities to go behind-the-scenes at some of DPAC's biggest events. With an emphasis on content creation, Ambassadors receive media training and report on their experiences via videos, online blogs, and social media posts.
