Management Team
The Durham Performing Arts Center (DPAC) brings together two of the most successful theater operators in America, Nederlander and PFM.
Nederlander
Nederlander is a family-owned and operated company founded in 1912. One of the nation¹s largest, most experienced and successful operators of prestigious entertainment facilities in the world, Nederlander currently owns and/or operates 24 facilities worldwide including theaters in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Diego, Tucson, and London.
Professional Facilities Management (PFM)
Professional Facilities Management (PFM) was co-founded in 1989 by its president, James L. Lynn Singleton, in response to a growing need for objective evaluation and management of a wide range of venues in geographically diverse locations. PFM specializes in consulting, management, and presentation in public and private performing arts facilities, presently working with nine theaters in eight states.
From the moment you arrive to the sound of the applause, the DPAC Team mission is to be your favorite place for live entertainment. Please do not hesitate to contact a staff member should you need. World-class hospitality with an attention to detail that surpasses any other live entertainment venue in the region is our goal.
