Introducing our All-New Mobile App
Do you have the DPAC App?
If not, download from either the Apple App store or the Google Play store.
If you do have the DPAC App, you must update to the newest version following the instructions below.
1. If automatic updates are enabled on your phone, the app will change over to the newest version automatically.
If automatic updates are not enabled, visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for the DPAC App. Once selected, choose the option to update your app.
2. Sign in to your account: You will be prompted to sign in the first time you open the app after updating or downloading.
We highly recommend using your Ticketmaster username and password to sign in so you can easily access your tickets.
3. Find your mobile tickets: Once you've logged in, tap on the tab that says "Tickets" on the bottom of the screen, and select "Manage My Tickets."
